On 24 March 2017, the forum on the foreign investment legislation of Ministry of Commerce was held in the Law School 325 meeting room of Wu Han University. Professors from our center, Zhang Qingling and Qi Tong attended the meeting and presented their opinions.
Mr. Li Chenggang, the assistant minister, together with the FI panel, discussed with both academic and practitioner delegates about domestic legislation and administrative mode of foreign investment. Academic delegates are mainly teachers of the International Law Institute of WHU, and practitioners are from big law firms.
