聂建强

　　聂建强教授,男,1964年10月生, 江苏省丹阳人，瑞士伯尔尼大学法学博士(Doctor Iuris，summa cum laude)；瑞士比较法研究所访问学者（1999年10月—2000年11月）；香港大学法律学院普通法深造文凭(1998年9月—1999年5月)；美国哥伦比亚大学法学院访问学者（1993年8月—1994年10月）；苏州大学法学院法学学士（1982年9月—1986年6月）。
　　现任武汉大学法学院教授（博士生导师），武汉大学国际法研究所副所长，瑞士世界贸易研究所（The World Trade Institute, Switzerland)兼职研究人员。研究领域主要是国际知识产权法、比较知识产权法和国际贸易法（WTO法）。曾任瑞士比较法研究所研究人员、瑞士伯尔尼大学欧盟法与国际经济法研究所研究人员和苏州大学法学院教师。曾在澳大利亚墨尔本大学法学院（MELBOURNE）、莫纳什大学法学院（MONASH）、世界知识产权组织（WIPO）和世界贸易组织（WTO）等学校和机构访问和讲学。
　　曾承担瑞士国家科学基金项目“The TRIPs Agreement and the Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights in China”（2001年10月1日至2003年9月30日）（已完成），经济合作与发展组织（OECD）项目“The Report on Counterfeit and Piracy in China” (2006年）（已完成）。主持中国国家社会科学基金“‘和谐世界’理念下国际知识产权制度重构的若干法律问题研究”（国家社科基金08BFX083），教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地课题“二十一世纪国际知识产权制度发展中的若干重大法律问题研究”（教育部人文社科基地重大课题07JJD820163），外交部研究项目“欧盟政府采购制度研究”（2010-2012年）（已完成）和国家知识产权局项目“中国特色的知识产权争议解决机制研究”（2010-2011年）（已完成）等科研项目。还主持教育部和财政部国际知识产权法双语教学示范课程建设项目（2010-2013年）和教育部和国家外专局“海外名师”（2010-2014年）等项目。出版英文专著“The Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights in China”（Cameron May in England, November 2006, reprinted April 2007）；发表了“The Relationship between the TRIPs Agreement and the Convention for Biological Diversity (CBD): Intellectual Property and Genetic Resources, Traditional Knowledge and Folk Protection from a Chinese Perspective” (In Paolo Farah (edited), China’s Influence on Non-Trade Concerns in International Economic Law, Ashgate Publishing, 2012）； “Towards China’s Greater Influence on the World Finances: A Legal Analysis of Chinese Direct Overseas Investment”(In Expansion of Trade and FDI in Asia: Strategic and Policy Challenges, Published by Routledge, May 2009）；“Towards a Harmonious World: Chinese Historical Conceptions of World Order” (《中国国际私法与比较法年刊》2007年，Peking University Press 2007); “Several New Issues Relating to Enforcement of the Enforcement Provisions of the TRIPS Agreement under the WTO System”(武大国际法评论第五卷，Wuhan University Press 2006)等代表性英文论文。
